In China, security service as a emerging service industry providing professional safety and security service to clients has been developed for more than 30 years. During this time, security service plays an important role in maintaining the social order and social stability, with the number of security personnels increasing year by year. However, it has not been long for security service to operate market-oriented and independently to public security sector, its management system falls behind the market demands, especially the drawbacks in human resource management, has became a bottleneck for future development of security service. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive analysis on the problems in ZB security company human resource management, using the field survey method and questionnaire investigation method.First part of this paper introduced the background and significance of human resource management at the current economic situation for enterprises, as well as research contents, research methods, and the innovation points. Second part summarized the authoritative theories and notable research achievements on human resource management which were developed during the security service marketization through theory research method. Third part briefly outlined the developing course, scope of business and management difficulties of ZB security company. Through the spot investigation, in-depth interview and questionnaires, collected the problems in the human resources management, and analyzed the data. Fourth part figured out the outstanding problems in human resource management of ZB security company based on the data analysis. Fifth part proposed the optimization schemes for human resource management of ZB security company, and feasible management measures on the recruitment, compensation, performance management and training. Final part, summarized this paper, identified the deficit of this paper and discussed the future work.This research is conducted at the key time of security service marketization. Past human resource management is no longer appropriate for ZB security company at its current developing and upgrading phase. The purpose of this paper is to help the company to adapt to the market demands, provide theoretical and practical reference to human resource management. At the same time, spread the essence to security service industry nationwide to promote sound development of security service.
