The Research On The Current Network Political Participation Order Of Citizens In China

At the end of the twentieth Century,with the development of science and technology especially the rapid development of information technology,mankind entered the era of the network,through the Internet and citizen participation in politics,has become a very important form of citizen participation in politics.Obviously,the measure of a country's political and democratic development is an important symbol of the breadth and depth of the network political participation.The establishment of the system of political stability and orderly participation in the network,can not only strengthen the national basic political system,expand the people's right to know,to attract people to participate in the political life of the country,so as to realize the citizens for their own education,but also enhance the citizens of the government's political responsibility and sense of identity,so that citizens can take political action very much the reason in the actual political life,forming a harmonious and stable political relations and political situation.But with the development of network,network political participation is also facing many problems,these problems not only affect the network play an important role in the political participation of citizens,but also hindered the development of the process of political civilization in a certain extent.Therefore,how to achieve the orderly nature of the political participation of citizens network has become an important issue.With the continuous development of political participation in the network,domestic and international research on the political participation of the network has been gradually expanded.At present,abroad mainly in two aspects: on the one hand to study it from the network and the network of political science sociology perspective,the overall interpretation of the network political participation from the macro,trying to build a new political system of the network theory;on the other hand,the research of network political participation influence on the Democratic politics.There are great differences in the environment and the domestic research of the network political participation.Compared with foreign countries,China's network political participation,due to the rise of the network,and low awareness of citizens,the emergence of a late,research background and foreign differences.The domestic research of network political participation can be divided into three aspects: one is the general discussion from the macro,all aspects of the connotation,features and functions of network political participation and influence of integrating research;the two is the political participation of network problems by itself and reason;three is how to establish an orderly network political participation.Overall,the domestic research on the political participation of the network has become more and more in-depth and systematic,but in many key areas and issues still lack of general consensus.This paper systematically studies the current situation of network political participation in China,and believes that the lack of network ethics is the root cause of the emergence of network political participation.In order to solve the problem of network political participation,it is necessary to construct the network ethics system.In addition,according to the characteristics of the network itself,but also should improve the legal system,strengthen the network political participation system construction,improve the citizen participation quality,eliminate the disorder caused by the network to participate in their own characteristics.Therefore,this paper argues that the combination of network ethics system and other measures is the best choice to achieve the orderly nature of China's network political participation.Before choosing this topic,I have done a lot of preparation work,looked up many domestic and foreign network political participation in the work of the book,papers and related literature.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method and theoretical analysis method,strengthen the theory and practice,the research contents and practice closely,so that the research results of this thesis can have guiding significance in reality.And from the micro and macro point of view,the network political participation and its main related problems are analyzed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: the rapid popularization of Internet,the number of Internet users in China rose ranks first in the world in the background,the problems of China's network political participation itself exists and influence,study how to realize the orderly political participation in the network.The introduction part introduces the research reason and significance,the research status at home and abroad,this thesis topics of this paper the difficulties and innovation and research methods;the first part is an overview of the current political participation of our citizens;the second part is the development trend and the impact of China's basic form,network political participation of citizens;third part is the analysis of
