As an important part of the public security organ,the police investigation department bears the important functions of safeguarding national economic security and maintaining the order of market economy.With the rapid development of China's economy,all kinds of new things have mushroomed constantly emerging economy,at the same time in the field of economic crimes,with the constant improvement of the economy,also shows a tendency of continuous high incidence,it also puts forward new requirements for economic investigation department,must work in a more efficient and more smooth operation to ensure the effective execution of its functions.In order to achieve these objectives,advanced management methods must be adopted.At present,as a mature management method,performance appraisal has been widely applied in government departments,and how to set the performance evaluation index scientifically has become an important subject.In this paper,the H city public security bureau of economic investigation police performance appraisal system is a fully analysis,for its lack of scientific,systemic and the lack of strategic guidance,in full,on the basis of theory of performance evaluation at home and abroad for reference,combining with analysis of H city public security bureau of economic investigation police station,the balanced scorecard theory is introduced to build the adapt to the economic investigation police performance appraisal system,and draw the strategy map.Rebuilding the H city public security bureau of economic investigation police performance appraisal system,including performance indicators,internal process,the public service indicators,and team development indicators in four dimensions,and by choosing suitable for each dimension of strategic analysis the key performance indicators.In addition,the paper also puts forward the implementation guarantee of the performance appraisal system of public security police in H city from three aspects: system,organization and publicity.
