Structural Strain:the Dilemma Of The Professional Reform Of The Grassroots Courts From The Temporary Staff

Since the Chinese Communist Party in the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, a new round of judicial reform curtain slowly opened. Judicial professionalization is an important objective of this reform. In reality, the judicial occupation reform faces many obstacles.Specifically speaking, through the field research of the four courts, the author found that the basic level of the various types of staff members failed to establish an effective division of labor and cooperation. The current affairs structure of the grassroots courts hinders the development of the division of labor. At the same time, the grassroots courts in the power structure of the local government is also in a disadvantageous position. This kind of power structure constrains the development of legal professional thinking. We should respect the law of justice. We should promote the reform agenda on the basis of respect for reality.
