Study On Judicial Credibility Of Grassroots Courts In Hainan Province

In governing the country according to law,ruling according to law,promote administration according to law,build a country under the rule of law,rule of law government,rule of law society's big background,our country judicial credibility construction is becoming scholars and social hot topic for public discussion.Growing public awareness of democracy,rule of law,the expectations of social justice also constantly improve,however,the reality is still exists in the social life the unreasonable phenomenon of unfair,the judicial organs in the process of handling cases is not completely fair and just do it.Hainan is an economically underdeveloped province,and its economic,political,cultural and social construction lags behind those of the developed inland provinces.Similarly,in terms of justice,the overall judicial level of the courts in hainan province is still not high,and the whole legal environment lags behind,leaving much room for the development of judicial credibility.In this article the basic theory part,this paper discusses the concept of judicial credibility and the relationship with other concepts,types,characteristics,study the judicial credibility court judicial credibility generation process and its influencing factors,the judicial activities in accordance with the judicial process divided into court preparation,trial,judgment and execution of four stages,and the judicial idea,the judicial system and judicial publicity,the judicial process,judicial ability,professional ethics,judicial efficiency,openness,justice,crisis handling elements such as analysis,in case the amount of hainan province larger court longhua district court as an example,Through questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to analyze the longhua district court judicial credibility elements,experience,practice and the existing problems and the judicial credibility construction situation,and combined with typical longhua district court case analysis of the key elements to grassroots judicial credibility,finally combining with the actual situation proposed improve grass-roots court judicial credibility of hainan province specific recommendations,adhere to the procedural justice,forging judicial ability,improve judicial efficiency,attaches great importance to the professional ethics construction,and advance the judicial public,strengthen the execution strength,at the same time pay attention to cultivating legal belief,guiding the judicial idea,grasp the public opinion to guide the initiative.
