The public security organ is an important part of the government, the public security organ system is related to the people's property and life safety, and it is related to social stability and harmony. Under the new situation, the public security organs are facing more severe social situation. Criminal means more diverse, new forms, new types of criminal acts, the public security police more and more serious, making the auxiliary police work of the auxiliary police force is increasingly important. Auxiliary police team construction to cooperate with law enforcement of public security police to combat crime, safeguard regional security has important significance. In addition, the auxiliary police is also responsible for community management, to maintain traffic order, public security education, security patrol and inspection work, the more grassroots, close to the general public life, thus to solve the problem of people's dispute, and the relationship between the people and police coordination is important.How to build the auxiliary police force, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the work and the subjective initiative, so that the auxiliary police can seriously fulfill their duties is the main problem of the current construction of the auxiliary police force.
