Auxiliary police,also known as police auxiliary staff,who are different from the establishment of the People's Police,is also different from the preparation of Xie Qin,although auxiliary police positions do not have full legal status,but they crack down on crimes,safeguarding local policing,protection People and property and property safety,etc.all played a powerful and active role.Their presence eased the shortage of manpower resources in the public security departments.Traffic Auxiliary Police is an important part of police support staff.Their basic task is to assist traffic police in maintaining traffic order,alleviating the escalating contradictions among people,vehicles and roads.At the same time,public security departments are also rooted in the daily service of the public Traffic life is an important part.Based on the current situation of auxiliary police management in public security department of our country and the reform of auxiliary police as the starting point,this article,based on the background of new civil management incentive mechanism,based on the new incentive theory of human resource management,the relevant incentive theory in human resource management,the questionnaire survey and field visits,In order to find out the problems in motivation based on the appeals of traffic Auxiliary Police,this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the effective and effective adjustment strategies combined with the present situation of deepening Auxiliary Police Reform in the sample area.So as to motivate traffic auxiliary police to the maximum extent and establish a good circular incentive mechanism.While strengthening the overall strength of police auxiliary personnel in the sample area,it will provide references for the reform of auxiliary police in other regions.This article is divided into five parts.The first part elaborates the current background and practical significance of Auxiliary Police Reform,defines therelated concepts,clarifies the related research methods of the dissertation,and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad at the same time.The second part describes the status quo and existing problems of the reform of traffic Auxiliary Police in all the first areas in our country at present.The third part gives an overview of the auxiliary police motivation situation in the sample area under the bedding of the questionnaire to find out the crux of the problem.The fourth part is to find out the cause of the problems in the process of motivation of traffic assistant police.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of motivation of traffic assistant police.In theory,the discussion in this article can deepen our understanding of the relevant motivational factors in traffic police auxiliary work and further deepen the understanding of the influence of the organization on them.In practice,the findings of this paper can not only help managers of Xincheng Traffic Management Brigade better understand the reasons for the lack of active Auxiliary Police work,but also provide references on how to implement effective motivation for Auxiliary Police.The overall elaboration can guide practice,help stimulate the vigilance and motivation of auxiliary police,enhance the overall professional quality of auxiliary police teams and promote team stability.I believe that the appropriate incentives,not only to cultivate Auxiliary Police good professional ethics,to promote their career planning,but also inspire them to better contribute to the country and the people,in order to achieve Auxiliary Police and the public security team a win-win situation,For the construction of modern and happy Hohhot to provide human support and team guarantee.
