Research On The Justice Thought Of Marx

Justice is one of the oldest subjects,in the history of human thought in the study of Chinese and western has a long history.With the publication of Rawls Theory of Justice in the 1970 s,discussion of justice has become a hot topic of scholars,and which bring about the revival of political philosophy.As a great thinker and theorist in the history of human thought,Marx’s thought and theory has occupied an important position in the field of political philosophy although he won’t be dubbed the political philosopher.Founded by him and Engels Marxism deeply influenced the development process of the history of the world,for the human society to guide the brilliance and good future.He and Engels founded as a brilliant guidance of human society and a better future,which deeply influenced world history of the development process.About the relationship between Marx and justice,has been the concern of many Western Marxist scholars along with the revival of political philosophy,and appeared a new academic trend of analyzed Marxism.In the 1990 s,Chinese scholars began to introduce translations of this century have been a number of scholars of Marxist Idea of Justice to express their insights.But in general,Marx thought of justice is still controversial,and there is no gauge theory enough to let people convinced.This paper attempts to sort out the achievements of Marx’s theory of justice from domestic and foreign researcher,especially focuses on analysis of the Marxist school’s point of view.I think that Marx has no intention to establish a complete standard system of justice theory,in his works express the justice of distribution of thought is based on historical materialism theory.This theory is different from by Plato’s philosophy,the first to admit that a concept paradigm of justice,then to perfect the social system to realize this idea.It is the dialectical ideas of justice in the framework of the economic base determines the superstructure.So the theory in the different historical period the contained content is not the same.Finally,focusing on the current China’s social environment,briefly discusses Marx’s justice thought of China’s social transformation and reform practice.
