An Analytical Research On Justice Perspectives Of Marx And The Construction Of Justice In Contemporary China

There are a variety of researches and papers on Justice Perspectives of Marx written by scholars in China, however, the interpretations and viewpoints of which are varied. Researching the remarks about justice by Marx, I find that they frequently wore a critical attitude to justice although they didn't directly relate it. This paper proposes my own understanding from a brand-new perspective.Data studies is the main approach of this paper. I firstly intensively read the original works of Marx and Engels, esp. the works about justice such as On Housing, Capital Theory and The Communist Manifesto, etc., and summarized the following tow folds: 1, from the decomposition perspectives, i.e. critical perspectives; 2, from the constructional perspectives. Through the research of Marx and Engels'justice studies, esp. the contrast between the Marxist critical justice perspectives and the John Rawls'justice perspectives, I then deepened the cognition of Marxist Justice Perspectives.Data studies, esp. the reading of the guiding principles and policies on justice of PRCC, can also applied in the current research of the fulfillment of justice in China. On the basis of previous research, I then evaluate the fulfillment of justice in China under the direction of Marxist Justice Perspectives so as to understand correctly the Chinese national conditions. Realizing the defect of its fulfillment, I could deeply explore the justice in China and search for the solution to the problems.
