Research On Privacy Protection In Network Anti-corruption

With the development of network information technology, network anti-corruption has become an important platform for the supervision of new media. The network anti-corruption is a double-edged sword. It riches the way of the anti-corruption, however, it brings a lot of challenges and risks. The Internet spreads easily, rapidly and virtually, which changed the citizen's voice greatly, so citizens can extend their supervisory rights extremely. Because a lot of people use the internet anonymously, some false information has been spread rapidly while the Network Anti-corruption is working, such as the "human flesh search engines" and "cyber bulling", emerging in an endless stream. Any carelessness, may violate the main bodies' privacy right, and makes the involving officials and other main bodies' privacy rights encountering greater difficulties than ever. The thesis uses the right of privacy as the starting point, combined with the recent network anti-corruption cases, analyzes the network anti-corruption and the right of privacy in the network anti-corruption, and focuses on how to protect the main bodies'privacy right, who are involving in the network anti-corruption. The thesis discusses China's current legislation of the privacy right protection as well. Finally, the author gives her suggestions on how to protect the privacy right of the network anti-corruption in China currently.
