The Research On Impact Of Social Insurance Treatment Differences In Urban And Rural On Migration Decision Of Migrant Workers

In our country reform and open policy and under the background of urban and rural dual economic structure,this special group of migrant workers,their economic rights long and propulsion of urbanization in our country has played a pivotal role.However,goes backwards and forwards between urban and rural migrant workers as a special group,their social security related interests are often overlooked.Urbanization of rural migrant workers face greater restrictions.Because of China's urban and rural dual economic structure system,the obvious differences in urban and rural social security system,including the urban and rural social insurance treatment differences make the migrant workers in rural social insurance treatment level far below the level of social insurance treatment in cities and towns.The urban and rural dual structure of social insurance and welfare differences has important influence on migration of rural migrant workers.Based on Liaoning province as an example,this paper studies the urban and rural social insurance treatment differences influence on migrant workers migration decisions,thought to perfect the urban and rural social security system as a whole,the process of urbanization of migrant workers to provide referential suggestions.This paper based on the existing research results,summarizes and discusses the migration of rural migrant workers and urban and rural social insurance treatment related theory,lay theoretical foundation for the later research.Then it analyzes the present status of the migrant workers social insurance in Liaoning province,and analyzes the problems and causes.The third part of the concrete is social insurance treatment differences between urban and rural areas in Liaoning province,respectively from the aspects of policy implementation,specific treatment is poor compared to Liaoning urban and rural differences in pension,medical and unemployment insurance.At the same time through the macro data analysis of Liaoning province and the whole research of nine cities in the urban and rural social insurance treatment level difference.The fourth part through the detailed survey data of migrant workers in urban and rural areas in Liaoning province to the influence factors of the migration decision binary logistic regression analysis.Analysis of endowment,medical and unemployment insurance for migrantworkers have a significant impact on migration decisions.At the same time the urban and rural per capita pension and medical insurance treatment are poor and micro survey data on migrant workers in urban and rural areas migration decision combined with linear regression analysis.Finally it is concluded that poor urban and rural per capita pension,and medical insurance treatment have a significant influence on migration of rural migrant workers,further with the introduction of Liaoning population urbanization rate of migrant workers in urban and rural social insurance treatment difference migration decision analysis of the effect.Finally,it puts forward the conclusion and relevant policy Suggestions,in order to promote the integration of urban and rural development and promote the migration of migrant workers in urban and rural areas social insurance rights and interests effectively in the process of maintenance,and promote the process of urbanization of rural migrant workers,accelerate the construction of the new urbanization.
