Recruits training can quickly promote the recruits into camp environment,in recent years,new requisition to army soldiers source more widespread,highly educated level military recruit proportion increase,with the rapid development of network culture and the progress of network technology,military recruit personality presents new changes,thus actively exploring these new changes and the impact of military training on personality characteristics,to accurately grasp personality characteristics of the recruits,comprehensi vely make military training plan,and used to train model of optimization,it is of great signifi cance.Integrated use of statistical analysis method,this study compares different levels of personality change before and after the training,and compares the mean of personality characteristics before and after recruit training with military norm through the cartel 16 personality factor questionnaire(16 PF)to determine change trend and focus of recruits personality,which would further provide useful reference for recruit management and military training.16 PF tests is made by professor cartel from university of Illinois institute,widely used in personality psychology research.Cartesian used system observation and scientific experiment method and factor analysis method to determine 16 kinds of personality traits,and develop the test scale after thirty years,research.This most widely used test is to assess individuals personality characteristics more than 16 age,has widely used in all kinds of personnel,the object of occupation,level,age,gender,culture and other aspects are unlimited.A lot of research and practice show that some types of personality types and management activities has a certain relationship,their contribution to the group,the appropriate management environment is also different.Use a mature personality test methods for managers or the personality type,the diagnosis can be adjusted for personnel placement,and provides Suggestions for rational utilization of human resources.Therefore,16 PF tests are widely used in personnel evaluation and selection.16 PF test can describe people from intelligent,sensitive,independence,self-disci pline,adventure,doubt and other 16 relatively independent personality characteristics,also it will help understand the candidate in environmental adaptation,the performance of professional achievement and mental health.In the process of management personnel,16 PF can predict the working stability of the candidate,the efficiency and the pressure to bear ability,etc.It can be widely used in the psychological consultation,personnel selection and career guidance of each link,provide personnel decisions and personnel in the diagnosis of individual psychological quality reference.Method1.Compare the mean of recruit personality characteristics with military norm through a single sample t test before and after training,There are some statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Compare the personality characteristics before and after training by paired t test,then identify the most significant changes in personality characteristics for further comparison,There are some statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Delaminate according to age,household registration,family origin,and degree,then compare the personality characteristics before and after training by single t test,There are some statistical significance(P < 0.05).Results1.Compared with the military standard,before recruits training,fantasy and sophis ticated have no difference(P>0.05),the remaining 14 indexes have significant difference(P<0.001),and after recruits training,sensitivity has no difference(P>0.05),tFantasy,experimental have difference(P< 0.05),The rest of the 13 indexes exist significant change,there is statistical significance(P < 0.01).2.Before and after recruits training,the stability,perseverance,fears,independence four aspects exist significant difference(p? 0.001),dare to resistance,sensitivity,vigil ance,fantasy,self-discipline,and tension total six indexes have difference(p< 0.05),however,intelligent,bullying,excitability,sophisticated,experimental is no change,there is not statistical significance(P < 0.01).3.Aanlysis of indicators of 16 PF of recruits with different degree before and after training shows,stability,perseverance,dare to sex of recruits with high school degree decline,and sensitivity,vigilance,fears,tension and independence rise,there is statistal significance(p?0.001);sensitivity,fears,independence of recruits with a college degree rise,there is statistal significance(p?0.05).4.Aanlysis of indicators of 16 PF of recruits from different family before and after training shows,sensitivity,vigilance,fears of recruits from single-parent rise,there is statistal significance(p?0.001);for recruits from double-parent,stability,self-discipline and perseverance decline,sensitivity and fears rise,there is statistal significance(p?0.05).5.Aanlysis of indicators of 16 PF of recruits with different registered permanent residence before and after training shows,for recruits with urban registered permanent,sensitivity,vigilance,sophistication and independence rise,there is statistal significance(p?0.001);for the recruits from rural areas,stability and perseverance decline,there is statistal significance(p?0.05).6.Aanlysis of indicators of 16 PF of recruits of different age before and after training shows,for recruits with age under 18(including),stability declines and fears rises,there is statistal significance(p?0.05);for recruits with age over 18,sensitivity,fears,independence rise and stability?perseverancestability decline,there is statistal significance(p?0.05).Conclusion1.Compared with the military standard,recruits lequn,intelligent,stable,bullying,excitement,perseverance,dare to and self-discipline are higher than military norm before and after training,indicate new personality characteristics in military,at the same time,the military norm may need further revision.2.Recruits training makes the stability and perseverance will reduce obviously and significantly increased the worries and independence,change of high school degree is more apparent.3.Family,the household registration,education,family sources have different influence on the personality characteristics before and after training.
