Recruit Crops Training Present Situation And Development Countermeasure Research

In the year of 2013,the original the General Staff Department(GSD)of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in order to carrying out the objective of building a strong army presented by President Xi.GSD developed the power of social adapting of the new recruits,including integrated into a collective,hard work and discipline.For the first time,the expand training will be added to the new recruits training subjects,in this context,a regiment of the new recruits actively carried out the outward bound training.This article utilizes the method of literature,observational,interviewing,questionnaire,and mathematical logic and so on,analyzes the status of the new recruits' outward bound training.At last,it proposed corresponding countermeasure and the suggestions for the main issues and the status.The results prove that:1.Among the factors that influence the training result of the new recruits,the attitude of the cadres,the skills of the squad leader,and the recruits' understanding about the training.2.Studies have shown that training plays an important role in helping that training the recruits to adapt to military life,enhance the resilience and psychological ability to cope with stress and war trauma,recognize the identity as a soldier,and insure psychological health.Yet the regiment did not have a good training result due to the impact of training assessment system and insufficient understanding about the training.3.The increasing comprehensive ability of mentor can make a direct effect on recruits.Outward bound training focus on experiences during the training,which is the biggest different with regular military training.An outstanding mentor is good at leading recruit summarize the training feelings and what they learn in the training.Thus,increasing comprehensive ability of mentor is a good premise for getting a better result of outward bound training.I hereby as a member of the organization,using the method of field survey,questionnaire survey to study the actual situation carried out of a regiment of the new recruit,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,expect the results to the regiment of the new recruits to conduct training to provide some reference.
