The government function's gradual transformation, public is getting higher and higher to government's serviceability request, administrative personnel's working pressure question also day by day underlines along with it, must deal with the working pressure positively, and transforms the working pressure as wholeheartedly the power which serves for the people, must raise the ideal administrative personnel personality special traits. This article is for the purpose of discussing administrative personnel's personality special traits and the working pressure constitution, the present situation and the relations, and proposes the corresponding working pressure management countermeasureThis article first elaborated studies the question produces the realistic background and the research significance, propose this article whole research frame. In this article research, has used the research technique which the theory and the real diagnosis, qualitative and the quota unifies, and launches the research according to this minute two stages: The first stage for the correlation theories research, through to the former literature search's review, to the question which studies makes the qualitative analysis, proposed this article studies preliminary supposition.Based on this, carries on the questionnaire design and the investigation, the collection correlation data,prepares for the second stage's research.The second stage is the empirical study, is take the first stage fundamental research as the support, unifies the data which collects to carry on the statistical analysis, carries on the quota judgment to the research question, is further clear about administrative personnel's personality special traits and the working pressure present situation and the relations.Through this research obtained the following conclusion:1.Administrative personnel's personality special traits is not big in the population statistic variable's difference, the overall personality special traits manifests the administrative personnel has the high sense of responsibility, the mood quite stable troop.2.The administrative personnel in the different sex, the department, the rank, the political features, the age, working life's working pressure difference are remarkable.But felt that work's pressure, career development's pressure and the organization movement's pressure is quite big, the leadership pressure, the role pressure and interpersonal relationship's pressure is ordinary.3.Administrative personnel's personality special traits and working pressure various dimensions existence correlational dependence, and has the influence to working pressure various dimensions. Proposed that from raise ideal administrative personnel personality special traits's angle embarking, the scientific management administrative personnel working pressure's method, mainly has three aspects: 1.Pays great attention the mood management the scientific nature and the artistry.2.Enhances administrative personnel's work self-confidence and the competent feeling.3.Sets up"take the people as the book"sense of responsibility.Through this research may understand that administrative personnel's personality special traits and the work working pressure condition, and to raise administrative personnel's ideal personality special traits and the stress management target-oriented provides the basis, is helpful in enhances the administrative personnel to deal with the working pressure positively ability, constructs a high quality administrative personnel's troop.
