The Study Of Ability Building Of Non-communist Parties' Participation In Politics And State Affairs

The system of Multi-party Cooperation and Political Consultations is a unique political system in China.Along with the persistent social development and economic reform,there're great changes in the non-Communist parties(hereinafter "the parties"),in terms of working environment,mechanism and system,talent reserve and proposing channel.In this information era,comparing with the ever changing and progressing society,the progress of ability of participating in politics and state affairs couldn't properly match their functions as political parties.Under such circumstances,to find scientific and effective ways to upgrade the ability and level of the parties' participation in politics and to continuously strengthen their ability of self contruction are the basic requirements to improve the system of multi-parties collaboration,to strengthen the role playing of the parties' in the system and taking the advantage of their resumption.This paper takes the working status of the non-Communist parties in Nanning city as reserch subject,uses theories of Public Administration and Politics as a guide,combining theory with local reality.It makes analysis in a certain perspective to problems in the development of political work of the local parties in Nanning,a provincial centre city.It also brings forward some advice and solutions,such as emphasizing theory innovation of political participation,strengthening self-construction of the parties,improving the construction of the participation system,effective integration of information,human resources,and organization network of the parties,etc.The result of the research has practical value in upgrading the work of political participation and improving the functions of the parties in Nanning city or even througout the Guangxi region.
