Research On The Problem Of Rural Involuntary Immigrant Group's Rights And Interests

In the modern civilized society,a country,a nation and a society of civilization degree depend on how they treat vulnerable groups,how to guarantee and maintain the lawful rights and interests of vulnerable groups.With the rapid development of economy in our country,in the mining subsidence area with excessive exploitation of coal resources has formed a new vulnerable group which is named rural involuntary immigrant groups.This vulnerable group is forced to leave and settle in another place because of engineering construction,ecological deterioration and so on.The change of the residence and the change of living environment makes the vulnerable groups face many problems:On the one hand,due to change the original production life style to adapt to the new environment of life,make many basic rights of this vulnerable group are difficult to achieve;On the other hand,because of the lack of scientific and effective migration patterns and social security measures,make many of the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups can not comprehensive and effective protection.This is not only in the new period of China's economic and social development has highlighted a new problem,but also is in the process of our country to promote the construction of the rule of law and human rights protection which to face a new problem.Therefore,investigate and research the problem of rural involuntary immigrant group's rights and interests is not only the need of Safeguard the rights and interests of vulnerable groups,is the need of to realize social fairness and justice,but also is the need of to respect and safeguard human rights fully in our country.In this paper,as the research case of Tai'an City Y village in Shandong Province,based on the current involuntary immigrant groups in rural areas lack of rights and issues such as inadequate protection of the rights and interests of a practical investigation,analysis of the rights and interests of rural involuntary migrants group damaged condition,explore which lead to rural involuntary immigrant groups interests damaged at the root of the problem,and according to the reality to put forward basic method to protect the legitimate rights and interests of rural involuntary migrants group in effective.First of all,from the first part of this paper the research significance and background of departure in order to explain why the research on the problem of rural involuntary immigrant group's rights and interests as a topic,followed by the definition of the relevant concepts,again this thesis research ideas and research methods elaborate on how to carry out the research topics,and related researches are analyzed,in order to deepen the research level of this paper;Finally,the innovation and the shortcomings of the present paper.Secondly,the second part of this paper based on the practice of the specific results and data,from rural involuntary immigrant groups in economic,political,cultural and social aspects of analysis of the damaged condition of the rights and interests of vulnerable groups,and detail elaboration the damage of rural involuntary immigrant groups basic rights and interests.Thirdly,the third part of this paper based on the above analysis of the Rural involuntary immigrant groups' rights and interests security problems,from the law,government and social security to detailed analysis the problem of rural involuntary immigrant's rights and interests.Finally,the fourth part of this paper based on the influence of rural involuntary immigrant group rights and interests protection problem analysis of relevant factors,From making laws and regulations,strengthening the government responsibility,improve the social security and strengthen citizen rights education put forward to solve the problems of the rural involuntary immigrant groups' rights and interests safeguard specific methods.To protect the legitimate rights and interests and safeguard the rural involuntary immigrant groups to provide countermeasures and Suggestions,and then to provide solution of how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups in our country,and show the respect and safeguard human rights in our country's determination and perseverance.
