A Provincial Trade Union's Function Of Protecting Rights:Problems And Solutions

Trade unions are the defenders of workers'interests,but because of the absence of trade unions' function of safeguarding rights and interests,enterprises often encroach on workers'rights and interests.Workers and workers urgently need trade unions to play their roles in order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and workers.In this paper,through literature analysis,data analysis,field investigation and case analysis,the main line of how trade unions in A province can better perform the function of safeguarding rights is closely studied,which includes the realization of labor economic rights and interests,the realization and guarantee of democratic political rights and labor relations.The study finds that there are various problems in the performance of trade union workers'rights protection function in A province,mainly the gap in the implementation of employment policy,the lack of ideological awareness,the difficulty in realizing workers' democratic and political rights,and the difficulty in promoting collective consultation work,etc.Therefore,in order to fulfill the rights protection function of workers,the trade union of A province can learn from the relevant experience of the United States and Japan's trade union's rights protection function,explore the trade union's rights protection in the "Internet+" era,improve the work mechanism building of trade union's rights protection,and improve the construction of the labor union cadre team,so as to strengthen relevant work and safeguard the rights and interests of themselves and the trade union.
