This study attempts to explore the formation and reproduction patterns of parts of Chinarural political elites through field investigation in rural areas of Shanxi province.untangle the selection mechanism of rural political elites with the help of rural power structure,in order to explore state power is how to influence the selection and reproduction of rural political elites from the perspective of state and society.There is a subtle relationship between the administrative organization which is located in the end of vertical management and the normal function of the countryside,bounded by tax reform,based on the analysis of the behavior patterns of township and village cadres,It is found that the tension between the grassroots regime and the rural community follows the change of national policies and attitudes,however,the township and village level cadres will seek different opportunities for cooperation according to the needs of both side,in the process of cooperation,the informal relationship network is gradually constructed,form a complex but stable interest group around a person or group of people,the political elite is replicated by family inheritance and relationship recommendation,the ceiling effect of rural political elites will spread to other areas,ultimately achieve the maximization of benefits.After combing the relevant literature and reading,have an understanding of relevant research status and research blank,which has played a filtering role and provides a theoretical reference.Through the field investigation method of observation,case interviews of more than twenty cadres and a small amount of non object cadres interviewed,It is found that there is a binding between township cadres and village cadres,conspire strategically and subtlety in the process of conducting the implementation of the national policy and will,then each takes what he needs,what 's more,the informal relationship transforms from continuous formal collective cooperation,finally form interest groups and influence the internal political elite.On the basis of parts of Chinathe formation,reproduction and flow retardation mode of political elites in the interaction between Grass Roots Regime and village organizations,have Showed the action logic of township cadres and village cadres.Not only have explore the localization of rural political elites,but also have discussed the existing problems and the trend,It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the relevant research in rural areas.
