Research On The Standardization Law Enforcement Of Police Station In A County Of Zhejiang Province

In recent years,with the constant deepening of the construction of law enforcement standardization,as the main force of the grass-roots public security organs of the police station,the standardization of law enforcement has made certain achievements.However,there are still many defects and deficiencies in the subject of law enforcement,law enforcement,law enforcement and law enforcement supervision,which seriously affect the effectiveness of law enforcement and public satisfaction.Therefore,the standardization of public security police station is an urgent problem to be solved.The public security police station in A county of Zhejiang Province as the research object of study,uses the theory of public governance,administrative law theory,service-oriented government theory as the basis of the research,briefly describes the main contents and elements of the norms of law enforcement of police station.On this basis,using the method of questionnaire analysis in Zhejiang province A county police station standardized law enforcement situation,and adopt a set of evaluation index system,to find out the existence of breach of privilege and law enforcement injustice,entity light program,transparency of law enforcement the main problems and the reasons,the relevant laws and regulations are not sound supervision and restraint mechanism to be improved,lack of standardization,lack of standardization of law enforcement and law enforcement idea education level operation guidance,uneven quality of police and non police work occupy too much time.In the premise of fully draw lessons from domestic and international standardization law enforcement police station under the successful experience,from the aspects of subject of law enforcement,law enforcement system,law enforcement protection and law enforcement supervision of Zhejiang province A county public security police law enforcement standardization countermeasures,in order to promote the A county police station standardization construction and improve the level of law enforcement,and provide a reference for our country public security police law enforcement standardized construction,and enhance the overall level of the construction of public security organs of law enforcement standards of China.
