Research On Social Work Supervision In Venture Philanthropy

In 2016,the central government issued the Opinions on Reforming the Management System of Social Organizations to Promote the Healthy and Orderly Development of Social Organizations,which called for the implementation and expansion of government purchase of services and the support of social organizations in social services.It clarified thatthe government power to buy services to the public "buy subject" and "continues the subject",the promotion of the "double subject" strategy and implementation.Venture philanthropy is the government,enterprises,non-profit organizations,three departments to deal with development and pressure to solve the strategy,from the United States and Europe.In China,government involvement in venture philanthropy began in 2009 in Shanghai,at this stage in the development of public welfare venture capital projects in the process,the main focus on social organization "incubation." The purchase of services by the government through social philanthropy,which reflects the government's opening to the construction of social service institutions,also reflects the government's emphasis on strengthening the construction of social workers.However,public projects purchased by the government tend to pay more attention to pre-assessment,weaken the supervision of the project operation,making some social organizations to focus on project design and reporting.This paper is an empirical study,which combines the project operation of social philanthropy and social work practice to explore the role of social work supervision mechanism in venture philanthropyproject.In this paper,we analyze the role of social work supervision in venture philanthropy project,venture capital from the perspective of social work,and construct the supervision of venture philanthropy through the value concept,theory,method and process of social work.Taking the project of Jinan venture philanthropy as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of project supervision,and then combines the values,ideas and methods of social work with the concrete supervision plan,and finally analyzes from the common cases and the collision.Through the social work supervision mechanism construction and consummation process,more effective promotion public welfare venture's benign operation.
