The Influence Of Active Social Work On The Cultivation Of Community Social Capital

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen and innovate social management.Subsequently,the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed the concept of innovative social governance system for the first time.As the most basic unit of social governance,community governance is related to the most vital interests of ordinary people,the harmony and stability of society,and also determines the success or failure of the overall social governance innovation.At the same time,as a new social governance unit promoted by the reform and opening up,the community carries the extension of the national governance system at the grass-roots level,and is the organization with the closest contact and the most frequent interaction with the people.As a platform for grassroots people to participate in public affairs,express interest demands and seek support network,the key and core of community level governance innovation lies in the continuous development and expansion of community social capital,so as to enhance the participation of residents,expand and improve the support network of residents,promote the establishment of trust and cooperation among residents,and enhance the sense of belonging and identification of residents To form a strong source of power for community governance,to build a modern system of community governance,and to promote continuous breakthroughs in community governance innovation.As a new force participating in the innovation of community governance,social work plays a more and more important role in community governance under the promotion of governments at all levels through the embedded development of community relationship network.This paper is to explore how to cultivate and promote the development and growth of community social capital through the way of "activity",and how to play a role in this process.From the perspective of ecosystem theory and social interaction theory,combined with s social work organization happy community construction project.By using the observation and interview methods,through the observation of the continuous activities of the happy community construction project and the interviews with the participants of the project,this paper discusses and analyzes why social workers choose the active form when they are involved in theconstruction of the community governance innovation system.At the same time,it deeply analyzes how the active way is to cultivate the community social capital and how this form affects the society The positive role and limitation of the cultivation of social capital in the district.By comparing and analyzing the changes of four dimensions of the cultivation and development of L community social capital in the form of activity,this paper reveals that the active social work service promotes the community social capital,but there are also constant dilemmas in the construction of social capital and periodic conflicts with sustainability.So as to better reflect and summarize the embedded development path and direction of social work in community governance.
