Since ancient times,official morality has been the official quality and moral requirements,and it has also been the self-spiritsupport for the official.As an important carrier of the diversity of history and politics,the ancient official virtue still has profound connotation,and affects the ideological and moral construction of the leading cadres.In terms of ancient moral construction,we should assimilate its essence and reject its dross.The modern ideological and moral construction of cadres should conform to the general trend of the socialist market economy and keep pace with the times,not only to inherit the essence of the ancient official morality,but also to give it a new connotation of the times.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of the moral quality of leading cadres.At the very beginning of the founding of new China,comrade Mao Zedong stressed that "we must first rule governing officials".The vast majority of cadres at all levels are members of the Communist Party,so their working stylehasa high degree of consistency with the Communist Party's working style.The official morality has a great influence on the official working style,and the official working style has a direct influence on the Communist Party's working style as well as the folk customs.As Mao Zedong pointed out "Our Party's working style which is completely decent will affect the whole nation,which the people of the whole country will learn from."
