A Case Study On The Problkms,reasons And Possible Solutions Of The Employment Of People With Visual Impairment

This essay mainly studies the present conditions,reasons and solutions of the employment of people with vision impairments.The present conditions of the subject are mainly discussed on working conditions,occupation distributions and employment rate,the condition of the labor income,the way of accepting jobs,the condition of the employment security,the condition of labor contract and so on.lt is found find that even though the general ability of the employment of the subject is improved with varying degrees,the general condition of the employment of the subject are not good as we have imagined and the trouble includes low rate of employment,narrow distribution of occupations,low degree of standardization of employment,and low income.The research discusses the reasons of the current situations from personal level,family level,social level,national level and so on.lt is suggested that we should solve these problems at varying levels accordingly.The method of this study is in-depth interview,l choosing this method is because of the lack of knowledge,experience,time and money.The in-depth interview can help researcher get useful information that the study needs in short time,meanwhile providing the first hand information for the study.The originality of the paper includes three points,the first point is discussing the problem of the employment of people with vision impaired at the background of macroscopic society,the second point is putting up the issue of the value of people with vision impaired,the third point is discussing the difficulties and possibilities of solving the problems of employment of people with vision impaired.The shortages of the study include four points,the first point is the lack interview cases,the second point is the lack of the basic data about the subject,the third point is that the operability of the study is weak,the fourth point the subject is focusing on the people with vision impaired living in urban area.The researcher thinks it needs a process of solving the problem of employment of the people with vision impaired at last,because at the process of solving problems of the employment of people with vision impaired,there are some difficulties of lasting for long time but still can not be solved.However,there are some possibilities of solving problems of the employment of people with vision impaired.
