| The disabled people and healthy people are "social person" two equal units,each a disabled people can try to realize itself through employment status change and social status of living,employment for part of the labor ability,want to employment for the disabled people should not be "luxury",and to be a "necessary," become the basis of their participation in society.Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy and technology,the employment of the disabled people has been attracting much attention.Although the employment support from various parties has been continuously strengthened,the effect has not been completely removed from the mud.For a long time,the disabled people alienation and social existence,because of body reason,social public opinion pressure,increased competition in the talent,their disadvantage always highlight,from the perspective of employment quality and employment and abled obvious gap,but even so,still have a lot of the disabled people with labor ability has the will of the employment.Based on this background,combined with their own work practice,this article takes the employment of handicapped in H district as the starting point,after clearly defining the concept of handicapped and employment of handicapped,and on the basis of relevant theories,elaborates the issues studied,then,with the help of the authoritative data of the official platform of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation and the related data of the disabled in h district,the overall situation of the disabled people in H district and the main measures to promote the employment of the disabled people are presented.Through the design of questionnaires and analysis of the results of the existing problems in the employment of the disabled people in H district,this article explores current problems from the disabled people themselves,the society,and the government.On the basis of literature reading and Comparative Research,on the one hand,we can learn from the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,and on the other hand,we can learn from the effective practices of advanced countries and regions,get solutions to the employment dilemma of the disabled people in H district: First,to enhance the willingness of the disabled people to self-employment.Second,the government should take the lead and increase the employment security for the disabled people.We will improve laws,regulations and policies,consolidate existing employment channels,explore flexible employment methods and increase policy publicity.The fourth is to improve the employment service and training to enable the disabled people.Improve the level of vocational guidance,guide social organizations to intervene,achieve long-term employment management of the disabled.Based on the principle of tracing to the source,we hope that through the research on the employment of the handicapped in h district,we can form a feasible way to solve the employment dilemma,and help the disabled people to realize the development goal. |
