Consumer Rights And Legal Protection Of Chinese Express Service

Despite its late start,China express service is making rapid progress,with a strong market demand,express service is developing rapidly,followed by a higher proportion of express consumer complaints.Although the law,such as "new postal law",;"new consumer protection law","express market management measures","Service of express of national standard",partly defined the express service quality,express security,consumer rights protection and supervision,it can not resolve the dispute effectively because of the Lack of legal norms and low legal effect.Consumer rights protection is difficult to achieve with insufficient legal basis.This article divides into four chapters:The first part is about research on the basic questions about the express service.This part elaborates the current situations of express service and consumer rights with data and graph and carries on the elaboration to the contract legal relationship on express service at the same time.The second part analyzes the damage on consumer rights of express service.Firstly,I produce several cases of violation of consumer rights and interests.Then I make analysis on the reasons of the damage on consumer rights of express service.The third part is about the current situation and deficiencies of the existing legal system protection for the consumer rights of express service.The last part I render advice to perfect suggestion on the consumer rights and interests of express service.It contains drawing lessons from foreign reasonable measures,regulatory body of express service and market access threshold.Finally,I put forward some other proposals to protect the consumer rights and interests of express service.
