Research On Grid Of Community Policing

As the basic work of public security organs,community policing is not only a bridge between the party and the government and the people,but also the cornerstone of public security work.Therefore,to strengthen and improve the urban and rural community policing is the fundamental way to maintain the stability of social order.Grid as an increasingly respected social governance,in line with the actual needs of the construction of safe city.To promote community policing grid,in order to realize the community policing management "tentacles" to carry out the development and operation of the fine grid,the police realize the police of "zero distance" interaction,with the material and spiritual double incentives to achieve the full integration of resources,is an important measure to deepen the reform of social management system,but also to meet the development of public security prevention and control system the construction of stereoscopic requirements.In the first part of this paper,the author introduces the origin of the selected topic with the basic principles of application,reality,feasibility and specialization.And significance of the topics of research are analyzed,discussed from two aspects of theoretical and practical significance,and then briefly summarizes the research ideas and methods,finally we review the status of research at home and abroad.The first part is the analysis of the connotation of the concept of community police grid.The first is the concept of community policing and grid definition,then the community grid and community policing grid two groups of concepts are clarified,specifically from the basic concept,the relation and difference are explained.In the second part,the author makes a general analysis of the problems existing in the community policing work at the present stage,and further illustrates the value of the implementation of community policing.This paper expounds the significance of carrying out the community policing grid from the aspects of the basic work,the source prevention,the fine management,the comprehensive management and the resource utilization.The third part uses the method of comparative study,first of all,it introduces the model of community policing construction in foreign countries,and makes analysis and evaluation.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the community policing in several provinces and cities in China,and then puts forward the problems in the implementation process.In the last part,the author puts forward the way to adapt to the current community policing grid by combining the practical development and the future trend of the community policing.First,put forward the guiding ideology of community policing grid,including the innovation mode of police to strengthen community autonomy,integration of resources,improve service;secondly the main principle of community policing grid,including its principle,information sharing principle,refinement principle;finally put forward specific improvement measures,including improving the top-level design the system of community policing,grid scientific and reasonable,clear division of community policing grid subject personnel responsibilities,work contents of community policing and reinforce the grid construction supporting security mechanism.
