Demolition is accompanied by the advance of urbanization,the success or failure of the demolition work directly related to the development of local economy,related to the local social order,related to the vital interests of the public,but also affect the local image,but in recent years around the demolition work,the outbreak of contradictions and conflicts are more and more serious,has seriously affected the local stability and harmony.Through the analysis of a series of violent demolition cases,it is not difficult to find the success or failure of local demolition work is inseparable from the lack of local government credit,such as the demolition work more casual,and some local governments want to dismantle,regardless of local actual situation;Opaque,from the demolition policy to the implementation of the compensation and other stages of the existence of dark box operation;demolition work is not fair,demolition compensation standards vary,the relationship between households,nail households and other issues difficult to be properly handled.This paper studies the relationship between government credit and demolition work,and points out that the higher the government credit,the better the demolition work is done.This paper follows the research methods and principles of combining empirical and theoretical research,and has carried on a lot of literature research.Through the questionnaire survey,telephone interview,field interview,case analysis,participation observation,comparative analysis and so on,the local government the impact of credit factors,the impact of local government credit on the demolition work and how to promote the demolition through the local government construction work and other issues were analyzed.In this study,the author used his own three years in the demolition office to take advantage of the collection of more accurate information,data,Huishan District,three streets of the demolition work to investigate the statistics and comparison analysis,confirmed the higher the government credit The demolition work done the better assumptions.On the basis of the hypothesis,this article further proposed to promote the rational and reasonable demolition of the specific practices,that is,the demolition should have a prerequisite,can not think of demolition;demolition to be transparent,can not be sneaky;demolition to be fair,not bullying;Choose meritorious service,both ability and deeds.
