Study On The Residental Satisfaction Of Indemnificatory Apartments Of Yanhu District In Yuncheng

The indemnificatory apartments construction has been the most important part of well-being issue.Housing security has become the major concern of the government and the public.For many years,our indemnificatory housing construction focuses on the supply of quantity and ignores the effectiveness.Whether the policy can really be put into effect,the housing tenants have more specking rights.The satisfaction of households directly reflects the effectiveness of indemnificatory housing.Yuncheng has become a three-tier city.In recent years,its urban construction continues improving.The indemnificatory apartments construction has caused more people's attention.Through the study on residential satisfaction of Yanhu district in Yuncheng,we can know more information about the actual situation and listen to their real thoughts,which is can not only promote theoretical research about customers' satisfaction in the field of public housing,but also provide an objective basis to improve the policies for the government.It can promote the local low-income groups' living standards.Different from the general housing satisfaction evaluation system,this paper is based on the study of customers' satisfaction combing with the actual residential situation of Yanhu district and joining of the policy evaluation.Questionnaire survey and the Entropy method is the main method mixed with the analysis tools(Excel,SPSS and MATLAB).Based on the questionnaire survey of indemnificatory apartment,the author established the indemnificatory apartment residential satisfaction evaluation index system in Yanhu district of Yuncheng.Through the analysis,it is found that:Firstly,the Yanhu district residential satisfaction index of indemnificatory apartment is66.22,Which is a state of satisfaction.Secondly,the satisfaction index of Affordable housing is the highest,which is 68.38,the index of Shantytowns resettlement housing is67.70.The last is Public rental housing,which the index is 58.92.Thirdly,overall,the highest satisfaction is the households expect for housing,followed by the community environment.During the visit the author found that most residents are satisfied to the health environment and greening.Followed by the policy and price evaluation.The government needs to be improved their service efficiency,and the fair result.They should also exert effectiveness of Housing provident fund.Finally,the author also suggests feasibility countermeasures for the corresponding shortage.
