Study On Housing Security Of Urban Residents In Kuandian County

Housing is a social pension,medical,unemployment,work injury,etc.An important part of the social security system,through to the housing difficulties of low-income families in the implementation of the basic housing guarantee,and promote the real estate market healthy,stable and sustainable development of the important content.In recent years,the low-income family housing in kuandian county government attaches great importance to improve the livelihood of the people question,affordable housing construction and management of remarkable achievements,but there are still need to solve the problem.This paper focuses on exploring and solving the problem of current our county town residents' housing demand,proposed the basic problem of urban housing security system analysis and thinking,starts with the current situation of kuandian county town residents' housing security,through the thorough investigation and study,analyzed the main problems existing in the urban housing situation,and according to the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning about the need of establishing and perfecting of affordable housing system,puts forward the corresponding construction and management advice,in order to cause of kuandian county town residents' housing construction.This paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter is the introduction,the status quo at home and abroad on the basis of the research methods of this paper,the features and innovations of this dissertation,the purpose and significance of this chapter mainly introduces the research background.The paper mainly focuses on the concept of housing and the theory basis to analyze and think about the housing guarantee problem in the town.The third chapter is kuandian county town residents' housing situation,this chapter mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire investigation and field survey,through the kuandian county town residents' housing security policy analysis and empirical analysis of the formation of kuandian county housing policy's overall analysis and put forward five factors:one is the policy of institutional factors;Second,the government's management factors;Third,the property market factor;Fourth,the price factor of commercial housing;Fifth,the housing factor for low-income housing.The fourth chapter is to improve the level of kuandian county town residents' housing security,improve the housing guarantee system of policies and regulations,to further strengthen and improve macroeconomic regulation and control of the housing,strengthen the function of government,standardize market order,to speed up the construction of affordable housing and so on four Suggestions are put forward.The fifth chapter presents the research conclusion and the deficiency of the present paper.This paper mainly studies the problems in the restriction in kuandian county housing security level and improve the level of housing innovative solutions in two aspects,the research results to improve the state of kuandian county town residents' housing,to meet the needs of urban residents has significance.
