Research On Public Participation In Indemnificatory Housing And Its Countermeasures

Since the reform and opening up,China has developed into the world's second largest economic power,and China is moving in the direction of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way.However,due to the large number of people in China,the regional development is uneven,resulting in a wide gap in poverty,and part of family housing difficulties.Only rely on the market's own regulation mechanism can not meet the needs of harmonious development of society,so it is also necessary to narrow the gap with the help of government forces,therefore,the housing security policy arises at the historic moment.At present,due to the late development of China's housing security system,it is not perfect in many aspects,and after being impacted by the mature system of public participation in the West,it is found that compared with the high level of public participation in Western countries,the participation of domestic citizens in affordable housing is lower,and there is very little research on this aspect in China.Therefore,the research direction of the thesis is determined to fill the gap in this respect.First of all,the paper describes the development of affordable housing and public participation in detail,and takes the university graduates in Wuhan as a research sample to investigate their understanding of affordable housing and the status quo of participation.This paper analyzes the deficiency of public participation in affordable housing in China.Then,in order to further increase the participation of the public in affordable housing,a mathematical model was established,and a questionnaire was developed to select a total of 40 impact factors for nine types of indicators.It is used to investigate the expectation of the group's participation in the future of affordable housing,and to analyze which aspects of public participation should be strengthened in order to benefit the development of affordable housing.And the validity and reliability of the participants' expectation degree were tested by using SPSS25 software to collate the data of the questionnaire survey.Finally,the entropy method is used to calculate the index of the sample data,and the expected value of public participation is 3.771 points.The results of the questionnaire show that the construction of affordable housing lacks the active participation of college graduates.The main reasons are as follows:(1)the propaganda about housing security of college graduates is not enough;(2)the transparency of information about the construction of affordable housing is not high.According to the above-mentioned reasons,the corresponding measures to solve the problem are put forward.And the thesis put forward targeted suggestions on the perfection of the public participation system of low-income housing in Wuhan.Finally,based on the public point of view,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the theoretical and technical aspects to the development of the low-income housing m Wuhan.Figure[23]Table[24]reference[71]...
