| In China,the party newspaper and publication is the Official newspaper of CPC at all levels.The party newspaper and publication plays the role to advocate the party's basic line and core value to the people,eliminate and restrain negative public opinion,guide the correct public opinion,and help the people to understand the decision and deployment of the party and government.For many years,the party organ and publication occupies a leading position in the guidance of public opinion,and it makes outstanding contributions to create a good public opinion environment,to economic construction and social development.However,the development prospect of the party newspaper is not optimistic in these days,the circulation of most party newspapers is declining year by year,readers are smaller and smaller,advertising atrophise,its role in the guidance of public opinion is less and less important,it worries us that the party organ's leading role of public opinion is marginalised.Especially the local party newspaper and publication,because of the rigidity of the system mechanism,its own low level of competitiveness and other reasons,its role of public opinion guidance is restricted,its own business situation is worrying,and it's development prospect is not optimistic.This paper briefly introduces the purpose and significance of the role of which the local party newspaper and publication plays in the propaganda and guidance.The first chapter introduces related concepts and theory.The second chapter takes zhungeerbao as an example,studies the role of local party newspaper and publication in propaganda and guidance from three aspects.The third chapter briefly analyzes the main problems and reasons of local party newspaper and publication in the new media era.The fourth chapter puts forward the main countermeasures to strengthen party organ's role of public opinion guidance.This paper summarizes the main content of the study,and look to the future development direction of the party newspaper. |
