Research On Public Opinion Guidance Of Public Health Emergencies In Provincial Party Newspapers

At present,China is in the period of social transition,and all kinds of public emergencies have become one of the factors affecting social stability,bringing great risks to the development of the whole society and public opinion.Therefore,it is particularly important for the news media to give full play to their mouthpiece role and correctly guide public opinion.In particular,the emergence of the "COVID-19epidemic" has made us realize that it has become a very urgent task for the news media to guide public opinion in public health emergencies.As the "backbone" of guiding regional public opinion,provincial party newspapers have undoubted propaganda advantages and public opinion influence in public opinion work,and play an important role in guiding public opinion of public health emergencies by pointing out the direction,stabilizing public opinion and unifying understanding.This paper takes the provincial party newspaper Shaanxi Daily as the research object and uses content analysis method,in-depth interview method and case analysis method as research methods to conduct specific content analysis on the characteristics and periodical reporting rules of Shaanxi Daily’s "COVID-19 Incident".Based on the theory of the crisis theory of four stages,from the point of crisis outbreak of "new crown" evolution stage and performance characteristics,relevant network public opinion,summarized the characteristics of interpretation,and based on the agenda-setting theory of shaanxi daily "new crown outbreak incidents" public opinion guide related media agenda is analyzed,so as to explore the current shaanxi daily in a public health emergency public opinion guide,existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve public opinion guiding force,for other provincial party newspaper’s public opinion guide to provide certain reference for reference.This paper believes that in the public opinion guidance of public health emergencies,provincial party newspapers should continue to carry out deep media integration,and actively give play to the advantages of the party newspapers;Grasp the initiative of public opinion and enhance the ability of news discovery;Strengthen news planning and integration efforts to achieve internal and external communication;Pay attention to the positive interaction with the audience,and further establish and improve the emergency media coordination mechanism,in the news and public opinion work to better serve the masses,gather the masses,and guide the masses.
