The Research On The Development Strategy Of The Rural Old-age Institution In Xiangyin County

Aging before getting rich is china's basic national conditions.Meanwhile,the seriousness of the Chinese aging population is rare in the world along with industrialization and urbanization.The central and difficult point of our aging problem is in the countryside.The strategic research on dealing with the aging problem shows that the extent of the rural population has come to 15.4%,up to 2.14 points of the national average of 15.26%,which higher than urban.The weakness of material base and short of the elders' social welfare and social security system in rural areas,make the aging problem more severe.The rural population is typical---aging before getting rich,aging before getting prepared and dying alone,so it is necessary to deal with them in advance.It is predicted that the countryside will be hit by an aging population in the coming decades.Rural old-age institutions is an important carrier and platform of rural pension work,its healthy development can,guarantee the temperature of the old people's life,promote the family harmony,dissolve the disadvantageous influence of the aging of the population,and promote the harmonious temperature of society.In the research,the paper following the principle of combining theories and investigation,such as literature data,questionnaire survey and interviewing,to analysis the present situation of the development of rural elderly institutions in xiangying county.The full text is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction part of the paper,including the research backdrop,purpose and meaning,research situation at home and abroad,the research content and methods of the article.The second part is the overview of relevant theoretical basis in the article.The third part summarizes the development of rural old-age institutions in the xiangyin county.Fourth part analyzes the problems and difficulties in the development of rural old-age institutions in xiangyin county.Fifth part by drawing on the success stories of domestic rural old-age institutions,and combining local realities.the sixth part proposes to improve the guiding countermeasures of rural old-age institutions in xiangyin county,and puts forward practical suggestions for the development.The seventh part is the article research conclusion.Through summarizing the full text,and then follow-up research directions are pointed out.Aimed at reasonable solution can promote the rural pension problems,effectively promote the construction and healthy development of rural pension institutions,improve the satisfaction in the elderly,increase the occupancy rate of rural old-age institutions and improve the rural elderly people and the society as a whole the life quality of old people.In this paper,the research on the rural old-age institutions in the xiangyin county is limited by time and energy,the number of subjects and samples was small,resulting in limited data collection and collation,and there were many shortcomings in the analysis,such as the incomplete analysis theory,the insufficient analysis and the incomplete data,it leads to a possible bias in the conclusion.In future research,we will select more research subjects and sample sizes,and we hope that your teachers will give us valuable suggestions.
