Research On Rural Aging Pattern In China Under The Background Of Population Aging

In 2000, China has entered the aging society. In our country, the fact is that the aging population base is big, the population aging speed is fast, urban and aging population inversion, all this phenomenon makes the rural endowment problem is particularly prominent. China is a large agricultural country, To solve the problem of rural old-age pension is not only related to the health and happiness of the elderly in their old age, but also related to the stability of the whole society and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. However, under the background of population aging, China's rural pension model suffers from various shocks, and the development of the current pension model in rural areas is in a dilemma. In order to better cope with “silver wave” crisis brought by the aging population, let all the elderly to old-age care, medical care, enjoy music, old somewhat safe, make the rural elderly to share the results of economic construction and social development, maintain social stability and harmony. Based on the background of aging population, this paper studies the new option of the mode of old-age care in rural area and its security measures safeguards.This article is divided into seven parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly discusses the background and significance of this paper, researches at home and abroad, research ideas and methods and possible innovations. The second part overviews the aging population and the pension mode, and use these theories such as the exchange theory, the theory of path dependence, welfare pluralism theory and the hierarchy of needs theory to study the pension mode, in this way, they lay the foundation of the proposed rural old-age mode in this paper. The third part reviews the historical changes of three kinds of pension model, and analyze the current situation of the three kinds of pension mode under the background of population aging. The fourth part analyzes problems and causes of self support, family support, and collective support under the background of population aging. The fifth part proposes strategies to solve the rural support problem under the aging population background. Through the analysis of the pension mode in western countries, we get inspiration in dealing with the pension crisis, that is, to take home care as the main, a variety of new type of pension mode to supplement the diversified pension model system. The sixth part is the implementation of the diversified development of the rural pension model under the background of the aging population, and the analysis from the government, society, families and individuals four angles. The last part mainly is conclusions and deficiencies of the paper.
