The Research On The Legal Popularization Of China

Implementing the rule of law and building a socialist country under the rule of law is the policy of governing the country.Since 1985,China has started nationwide propaganda and education activities.After more than 30 years of propaganda and development,legal activities have played an important role in enhancing national legal awareness,raising the concept of citizens' legal system and promoting social harmony.But at the same time there are many problems and dilemmas in the process of popularization of law in China,which greatly influenced the actual effect of the popularization activities.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and research significance of the legal issue in our country,and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and research contents of this subject.The second part of the general law outlined.This paper analyzes the concrete situation of the concept,historical development and realistic effect in the popularization of law in China for more than 30 years,and tries to show the reality of the legal activities Historical process.The third part of China 's current situation and problems.After discussing the present situation of the popularization of our country,this chapter analyzes and combs the problems arising from the process of popularization in China from six aspects,and then analyzes the causes of the problems of the popularization of law in China from the perspectives of the deep-rooted traditional legal thinking of feudalism,The question was discussed.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting China's popular law.Through the exposition and analysis of the problems existing in the popularization of China,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the legal work of our country,that is,the concreteization of the legal form,the refinement of the content of popularization and the standardization of the popularization of law.
