In China the Franco-Prussian legal activities can be said that the most legal activities with Chinese characteristics. Franco-Prussian is based on the rule of law, with the development of the rule of law.From publicizing the present laws,legal publishing,legal education and so on, It can be said that popularity of Chinese laws has attained to a degree of unprecedented in history. This paper summarizes based on the experience of the Franco-Prussian, there are many difficulties and deficiencies.
