Study On Rural Law Popularization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China solemnly declared that through the long-term efforts of the sons and daughters of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,indicating that China’s development has entered a new historical juncture.The rural revitalization strategy is one of the development strategies put forward at the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).The following year,the no.1 document of the central committee of the People’s Republic of China in 2018 put forward for the first time the construction of rural areas under the rule of law.It is an inevitable requirement to build a law-based countryside,improve farmers’ legal literacy,and guide them to enhance their awareness of abiding by and using the law.The effectiveness and effectiveness of rural publicity and education directly determine the process of rural legal construction,and then affect the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Law popularization is a long-term and arduous task and a social and systematic project that benefits the country and the people.After more than 30 years of law popularization practice,although has made remarkable achievements,but still not adapt to the development of rural areas.Next,we should take the spirit of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China as the guide to carry out the transformation of rural legal education.The first chapter is the introduction,expounding the reasons and significance of the topic,explaining the research ideas,research methods and key points of the article.The second chapter analyzes the evolution direction of rural law popularization under the rural vitalization strategy.Firstly,it explains the historical development of rural law popularization,secondly,it analyzes the new requirements of rural vitalization strategy on rural law popularization,and finally,it analyzes how the current rural law popularization should evolve based on the development logic and new requirements of rural vitalization strategy.The third chapter takes an area of hunan province as an example to make an empirical analysis,investigate the current situation of law popularization in this area and make a simple summary and analysis.It also selects specific cases of law popularization for comparative analysis,and at the same time investigates the willingness of villagers to popularize law to prove the actual situation of law popularization.The fourth chapter,based on the field research in the third chapter,analyzes the problems existing in the popularization of law in this region by combining with certain theory of popularization of law,and finds the restrictive factors existing in the current rural popularization of law,so as to make empirical preparations for the optimization of the current popularization of law.The fifth chapter,based on the empirical analysis data and theoretical research in the previous part of the article,provides corresponding solutions and solutions to the existing problems,takes the due evolution direction of rural law popularization as the guide,and constructs a new pattern of rural law popularization for the purpose of rural vitalization.
