Always, village and farmer problem have been the basic problems that relates to Chinese general situation, and our country villager’s autonomy as the test development of grass-roots democracy and the rule of law is continuously development and improvemen. In the influence and decide the autonomy of villagers smoothly in many elements, the villager rule of law consciousness is the most decisive internal factor, the spirit power that carries out a village rule of law autonomy, cultivate and promote the villager’s rule of law consciousness hard, has important practical significance for the promotion of villagers’self-governance and the construction of new rural. The villager rule of law consciousness needs to develop corpus consciousness, right consciousness and democracy participation consciousness, fair justice view and constitution consciousness etc. Though the analysis of China’s current villager autonomy typical events,we see current our country village autonomy rule of law consciousness in the progress has progress but still not enough, there is a large gap.
