Research On The Construction Of Intelligent Community Under The Background Of "Internet Plus"

The network society has brought great changes to people's way of life and thinking,bring people to enjoy high-quality life but also weakened the relationship between people.Especially in the daily living of the community,the enthusiasm of people to participate in community building is not high,people lack the community sense of belonging and identity.Therefore,the transformation of the traditional community construction has become particularly important,a new community construction model —— Intelligent community construction seem ready to come out at one's call.However,new community construction is basically just a simple combination of " Traditional community plus Internet ",far from the internal implementation of the inherent requirements of Internet thinking on innovation and sharing,Then,due to the work of the administration and the traditional service object,the real elite group is unable to activate the community construction at this stage.This paper argues that the absence of the main group is the fundamental reason for the transformation of the traditional community,especially the construction of the real meaning of the Intelligent community,but also the plight of the new community construction.And in the same geographical space,but was staged a property company using the Internet technology to improve its service under the mode of advocating "Internet plus property services",have a certain influence on residential community residents,especially on the main young residents who have jobs.So,in this paper,the author thinks that the construction of Intelligent community may require a new attempt that is different from the simple implantation of intelligent technology on the basis of traditional community.That is,with the new property service mode innovation as the basis for the construction of Intelligent residential community to activate the real subject power lacking in the transformation of the traditional community——the participation of young elite group who have jobs,by improving resident's enthusiasm of participating in social affairs,activate the commonality between neighbors,cultivate residents the community sense of belonging and identity,and explore a new model for the integration of community resources,that is,using "Commercial" to promote "Sociality",and actively promote the construction of Intelligent residential community and then extend to the historical mission of Intelligent community construction,which will have important reference function for realizing the construction of the real meaning of the Intelligent community in the future.
