Study On "Internet Plus" Urban Community Governance In Cangshan District Of Fuzhou City

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization has achieved satisfactory results.With the acceleration of social transformation and the gradual improvement of residents' demand for community services,the traditional community governance mode dominated by the government has reached a bottleneck in both function and effect.The rise of the concept of "Internet +" has found a new path for grassroots community governance,but due to lack of experience and reference,the community governance model based on "Internet +" has not achieved the desired effect.Cangshan district of fuzhou city is one of the urban areas that adopted "Internet +" for community governance earlier in China.Since the implementation of the new governance mode,it has indeed played a role in reforming disadvantages and revitalizing new functions,but at the same time,some new problems have been exposed.In order to solve these problems and further optimize the "Internet +" urban community governance program,this paper conducts related research.In this paper,community theory,social organization theory and new public service theory are used to analyze urban community governance and related problems in cangshan district under the background of"Internet+" by means of questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods.Firstly,this paper discusses the background of urban community governance in cangshan district,summarizes the main strategies of "Internet +" urban community governance in cangshan district,and describes the current situation of urban community governance.Secondly,by summarizing residents' opinions through questionnaire survey and comparing the survey results,the deficiencies of current governance schemes were analyzed and the problems and causes in community governance were summarized.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the appearance and cause of the above-mentioned problems,so as to optimize the design and solution of"Internet +" urban community governance in cangshan district.Through investigation and summary,it is found that "Internet +"community governance in cangshan district has the following problems:first,there is a shortage of community informatization talents,which is manifested in the lack of cooperation between governance subjects and the lack of protection of residents' private information;Second,the content of media accounts lacks maintenance,which is reflected in the insufficient quantity and quality of promotional information and the narrow coverage of audience groups.Third,the level of interaction between managers and residents is low,which is manifested as insufficient understanding of the dominant leader,rigid management thinking,and imbalance between the participants and the participating fields.Fourth,the service model is single and lacks innovation based on"Internet +" community governance thinking.After thinking and analysis,it is concluded that the "Internet +"urban community governance in cangshan district should be optimized from the following aspects:first,strengthen ideological understanding and establish diversified community governance mode.This includes strengthening the ideological understanding of "Internet +" urban community governance,practicing diversified community governance concepts,cultivating a professional team of community workers,and improving the supervision and evaluation system.Second,we need to improve the service content of "Internet +" community governance.Including enriching the content of community WeChat public account,introducing APP and public account service channel;Third,we need to innovate technology platforms to provide diversified and beneficial services for community governance.It includes integrating community resources,accessing the "Internet +" interface,expanding service content,making personalized service schemes and trying to introduce "happiness grid".Fourth,we should pay attention to citizen participation and accelerate the democratization of community governance.This includes building the common interests of community residents,cultivating the interest of middle-aged and elderly people in "Internet +",providing a platform and guiding residents to ask about politics online.The research results of this paper are conducive to the reform and optimization of "Internet +" community governance in cangshan district,and can also serve as a reference for the grass-roots governance in other urban areas.
