Research On The Construction Of "Internet Community Governance" In Y Street Of Lanxi City

The focus of social governance is at the grass-roots level,and the difficulties of social governance are also at the grass-roots level.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that social governance must focus on urban and rural communities.With the rapid development of urbahization,by the end of 2017,the urbanization rate of Zhejiang Province has reached 68%.In recent years,there are a lot of super-large communities with over 10,000 or more population in this province,and the community governance is facing unprecedented new problems and challenges.Informatization and intelligentization are the advantages of "Internet" in grass-roots social governance.How to make full use of Internet technology to promote the modernization and intelligentization of community governance system and governance ability is the solution.Community governance problems,the realization of grass-roots social governance innovation must face and respond to the subject.In this paper,the innovation of community governance is based on the background of information interconnection,and Y Street in Lanxi City,Zhejiang Province is selected as a sample to study and analyze the concrete methods and existing problems of "Internet Community Governance" in streets,combining with the advanced experience at home and abroad.Make use of information technology to realize community construction and governance,and explore a new path of urban community governance innovation in China under the background of "Internet".This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,investigation and statistics,case analysis,from the Internet and social governance related concepts and theoretical basis,Lanxi City Y Street "Internet community governance"construction status and the main problems in practice.Foreign remaining countries The construction experience of other areas in China is used for reference,and the construction countermeasures of "Internet Community Governancee in Y Street are analyzed and discussed in four aspects.Specifically,the first part,from the perspective of community governance,Internet,grid management and related intelligent information governance theory,discusses the academic support of "Internet community governance".In the second part,combining with practical examples,we take Y Street to explore the path of "Internet community governance" as a sample,and show a new model of community governance.This paper focuses on the new problems existing in the practice of "Internet community governance",and analyzes the causes of these problems.In the third part,the author draws lessons from the experience of,Internet community governance" in die advanced areas of community governance such as Singapore,USA,Japan,Zhoupu Town,Guangzhou Union Street and Jingshan District,Hubei Province,The fourth part,based on the above-mentioned reasons analysis and experience,from the planning and constriction of the "Internet social governance" platform,multi-participation and interaction,community governance information platform construction and talent team construction,and so on.This paper puts forward a feasible way to popularize "Internet community governance".
