The Study Of Contemporary Rural Elite In Rural Development

Our country has long been an agricultural country agriculture,rural areas and farmers problems have been the focus of national attention.At present our country is in a critical period of build a well-off society in an all-round way,the completion of the well-off society is indispensable to the development of rural society.Rural governance is the villagers' autonomy in legal,but in essence is a kind of dominated by the elite and ordinary villagers limited participation in rural elite governance mode.Rural elite have resource advantages which are ordinary villagers don't have,they are more successful in concrete actions and more influence on the development of rural society.This paper takes Wanbei X village as a case,from the perspective of the rural elite influence rural society,the types and characteristics of rural elites are identified,and then discusses the role of rural elite in rural social development,finally put forward the path to improve the rural elite team construction,in order to promote the development of rural society.The whole theis can be parted to five sections:The first part is the introduction.Mainly introduced the research background,the existing research results,research methods and guiding ideologyhich to carry out this study.The second part of this paper studies the theoretical basis.This article is on the basis of the elite theory research,meanwhile defining such concepts as elite and rural elite.The third part is the description of the study.This part mainly elaborates basic statistics for construction of village X and reasons for chosing this village,the types of rural elite and characteristics are introduced.The main types of rural elite is divided into three categories:the rural political elites,rural economic elite and the rural social elite.The fourth part through three aspects-the rural political elites,economic elites and social elites to analyze the role of rural elite for rural social development.Rural political elites play a positive role in the rural public service projects,social order and rural social security;The role of rural economic elite mainly displays in:economic elite play demonstration functions,the rich first push on those being rich later,change the power structure of the village and acts as the role of "agents",set up a bridge between the villagers and market;The rural social elite Play an important role in Promoting village cultural inheritance and The development of rural public service.The fifth part is Perfect rural elite team construction.One of the difficulties faced by the rural social development is Rural elite erosion is serious.The loss of rural elite will bring a series of negative influence to the rural development,such as Aging of rural elite,elite circulation interruption,weak consciousness of villagers' participation in politics,hinder the village democracy,organizational processes,etc.For this,the government must take a series of measures to foster the rural elite,such as the implementation of the rural elite financial investment policy,improve the public service system,attract rural elite backflow and To encourage college students to the grassroots employment,etc.
