Research On The Development Path And Improvement Countermeasures Of The Rural Elite Embdded Industry

In the report of the 19th CPC national congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which has pointed out a new development direction for China's rural construction.Industrial prosperity is one of the goals of rural development.To achieve industrial prosperity,we must closely focus on the development of rural industries and guide more capital,technology and human resources to transfer to rural areas.The rural elite has a high prestige and appeal,and has a special emotional home for the village.The rural prosperity and development need the guidance and promotion of the rural elite.The rural elites,who born in rural areas and grow up in rural areas,they understand the situation of rural villages and have advantages in selecting and cultivating industries.This paper takes B village in Guangxi as the research object.The elite of this village can not only achieve self-development,but also drive the villagers to start their own businesses and get rich by precisely choosing the special breed breeding industry and service industry.The left-behind elites represented by the village party secretary mainly focus on the development of characteristic breeding industry.The returning elites represented by Li lead the villagers to develop the service industry in Nanning and solve the market problem for the village's agricultural products.Liu as a representative of the outflow of elite for the production and marketing docking ideas,the village three types of elite have made important contributions to the development of the village industry.Under the guidance of elite theory and embedded theory,this paper studies how the elite of B village drives the development of rural industry through empirical research.This paper applies the embedded theory to analysis the development path of elite embedding industry in B village,from the perspective of system embedding,relationship embedding and structure embedding.Finally,from the perspectives of "enhanced system embedding,relationship embedding,and structural embedding",the government proposes to guide rural elites to embed industry development,in order to realize the development of B village industry and provide reference for other rural areas to develop industries.
