The Research On The Effectiveness Of Eological And Political Work Of Construction Enterprise Under "Internet+" Background

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping,the general secretary,regarded the " Internet + " action plan as a core strategy of the network power strategies,and proposed to " promote the integration and development of the Internet and economic life requirements." Recent years,China has achieved a vigorous economic development,with urbanization construction attracting attention from other countries.In the industry,housing and other infrastructure,construction enterprises as the main force of the construction have made tremendous contributions.The working environment of construction enterprises,however,is difficult,including poor stability,long cycle,large work intensity,and frequent flow of personnel,which leads to the difficulty of management and the high turnover rate,The effectiveness of Ideological and political work is poor and affects the sustainable development of enterprises.Under the new situation that the Internet changes the social shape and rhythm comprehensively,The ideological and political work of construction enterprises should also keep pace with the times,and actively seeks effective ways under the background of "Internet + ",from the working methods,content and carrier,develop new ideas of construction enterprise's ideological and political work,explore new methods and stimulate new vitality.This paper through field interviews and questionnaire survey of the construction enterprises,summarize the reasons of construction enterprises' lack of effectiveness of Ideological and political work,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure,put "Internet plus" platform of thinking to be organic integration with the ideological and political work of construction enterprises,so as to improve the the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of enterprise.In order to investigate the ideological and political work of construction enterprises in the " Internet + " era,this thesis does lots of work,including interviews and questionnaire survey activities based on literature research.The total number of interviews was 37 times,and the number of distributed questionnaires were 320,which has 92 electronic questionnaires and 228 printed questionnaires.There are 318 valid questionnaires and the valid rate is about 98.1%.We found out some current problems of the effectiveness of the construction enterprise's ideological and political work though the statistical analysis software,SPSS 19.0.Through the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures to strengthen ideological and political work of construction enterprises under the background of the "Internet +".This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,describing the research background,purpose of the study and analysis of the current status of research at home and abroad,the research contents,methods and innovations of the thesis are stated.The second part describers the connotation of " Internet + " and the ideological and political work's effectiveness of construction enterprises.Firstly,depicting the connotation of " Internet + " and summarizing its' characteristics,after witch giving the connotation of the effectiveness of Ideological and political work of construction enterprises,and analyzing the important role of " Internet + " on the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of construction enterprises.The third part analyzes the effectiveness of Ideological and political work of enterprise under the background of the " Internet + " based on the interviews and questionnaires,and the problems are summarized in the following aspects:1.the concept has not been formed,the cognitive level of the " Internet + " of the ideological and political work having to be strengthened;2.the work objects were not universal,causing insufficient coverage of the ideological and political work;3.the forms of traditional ideological and political work content were limited;The fourth part summers up the improvement of the construction of enterprise ideological and political work measures under the background of " Internet + " according to the investigation and research:1.deepen the new cognition of Ideological and political work of the "Internet+" background;2.implementation of a full range of connections,expanding the staff scope of the Ideological and political work under " Internet + " background and pursue cross-border;3.a new method of integration and innovation of the ideological and political work under the background of " Internet + ".The fifth part is the summary and outlook,analyzing the deficiencies in the paper's writing process and giving improvement direction in the future.
