In this paper, the auther based on investigated some staff who are working in the China Everbright Bank, Bank of China, China Building Decoration Engineering Corporation, Beijing Public Transport Group, China Ordnance Group Corporation Supplies, found that the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises have emerged following new problems and new situations: First, the ideas and behavior of state-owned enterprises'staff are becoming more diversified and they also cannot understand the importance of ideological and political work; Second, ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises have more traditional methods; Third, part of the leadership of state-owned enterprises do not pay enough attention in the conceptual; Fourth, corporate culture has been an increasing number of staff to accept. Faced with these new problems and new situations, how to improve the ideological and political work in the position of state-owned enterprises, to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, to play its leading role in state-owned enterprises, has become an important topics for every business leaders, experts and scholars.Corporate culture as a new type of "management culture" have many similarities with the ideological and political work in the guiding ideology, the content of choice, working methods and the corporate culture has more advanced concepts and more effective, flexible methods than the ideological and political work.
