Research On The The Legal System Of Green Consumption In China

In recent years,due to the shortage of resources,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.It not only hinders the development of economy,but also damages people's health.Accordingly,the concept of green consumption is put forward.Green consumption can promote the sustainable development of technological innovation and economic ecology.Therefore,our country should develop green consumption.In reality,there are still problems of excessive consumption in the process of consumption,which leads to the waste of resources and environmental pollution.The main reason is that China's legal system of green consumption is imperfect.Therefore,based on the study of the laws and regulations of green consumption in China,this paper points out the defects of the legal system of green consumption in our country,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the legal system of green consumption in china.First,it is necessary to establish the principle of the legal system of green consumption such as the principle of sustainable development,the principle of optimal allocation of resources,the principle of science,the principle of national macro regulation and control,the principle of combining state guidance and public participation.Secondly,we should improve the legal system of green consumption in China,and improve the system of green finance,government procurement,green tax and green consumption.Finally,constructing the responsibility system of green consumption.The responsibility of the government,the producer,the seller,the consumer and the NGO should be set down.One of the most important is the consumer's green consumption responsibility.Consumers are the direct implementation of the consumer,if law can directly regulate the responsibility of consumers and limits consumer behavior,the green consumption can be promoted directly.Therefore,consumers should bear the responsibility of moderate consumption and waste recycling.Through the improvement of the above system,China's legal system ofgreen consumption can be constructed.
