Human beings step into the modern civilization depending on the earth, but The modern industry innovation brought the nature environment serious question such as the green house effect, acid rain, holes in ozone and deserting etc. The question of sustainable development was paid much attention all over the world since 1980' and all kinds of international environment contracts was founded. The base of the traditional marketing concept was industry economy and was facing great challenge. On the other hand globalization and freedom made the international economy competition more and more drastic when the trade barriers was limited. Green barrier has been the new tool under the conflict between environment and economy. Export limitation was smaller after our country taking part in WTO and thread some industry in certain countries, as a result we became one of the most serious victims. This article is trying to find a green road to international market through the analysis of all the conflicts. The first part defines the international green marketing. The second part analyses the opportunities and challenges we facing. Whether to execute the international green marketing and the necessary condition made by the government are studied in the third part by play model. The suggestion to enterprise, government and consumer is given in the last two parts.
