Research On The Relationship Between Informatization Development And People's Smart Livelihood

With the advent of the Internet era,more and more countries have begun to attach importance to the development of information technology.Compared with other countries,the time that China began to develop information technology is a little late,but China is one of the fastest countries developing information technology in the world.Since our country put forward some strategies about"2006-2020 National Informatization Development Strategy" and "The Internet Powerful Country ",our country's informatization level has been continuously improved.With the continuous development of information technology,people's smart livelihood gradually began to be concerned,It includes many fields,such as e-government,community services,education,healthcare,transportation and so on.The development of information technology is very helpful to people's smart livelihood.The purpose of this paper is to research the relationship between informatization and people's smart livelihood,Including studying the domestic and foreign concept of informatization,informatization evaluation index system,the concept of people's smart livelihood and it's evaluation index system.This paper has established two suitable evaluation index system for informatization and people's smart livelihood.Then,this paper used Min-Max standardization and Coefficient of Variation methods to calculate informatization index and people's smart livelihood index,and analyzed the development level of 31 provinces.When studying the relationship between informatization and people's smart livelihood,this paper used several methods,such as Pearson correlation coefficient,Simultaneous equation model,Hausmann test and Geometric mean methods.Finally,this paper got two conclusions.The first conclusion is that there is a positive correlation between informatization and people's smart livelihood.The second conclusion is informatization has a significant role in promoting the development of people's smart livelihood.According to these conclusions,this paper proposed some advices to improve the level of informatization and people's smart livelihood.
