An Analysis Of The Demand For Home Care And Its Influencing Factors In Beijing

As early as in 1979,Beijing as had been included in the ranks of aging cities,and entered the aging society in 1990.By the end of 2016,the elderly population aged 60 and above in the elderly population of Beijing accounted for 16% of the total population and the elderly population aged 65 and above accounted for 10.6% of the total population.Beijing elderly population presents a large base,the characteristics of fast growth,In the next period,the aging of the state still faces continued to intensify,especially senior citizens,empty nesters increased pension will further increase pressure on Beijing.In Beijing,Home pension as a new way of social pension,has become the core of the construction of the pension system and it will become an important part of the elderly the future development of Beijing's service industry.In recent years,Beijing actively carry out the practice of home pension.Through policy support,financial support,increase community public infrastructure,greatly promoted the development of home care services.We should also be seen in the policy implementation process,there is a low awareness of policies for the elderly,lower demand in some services,surplus services,unmet needs of older persons and other issues.This phenomenon fully illustrates the current Beijing home care service there is imbalance between supply and demand,in some service set or implementation process does not fully consider the needs of the elderly.Based on the thinking of this social problem,this paper combining research methods of questionnaire data analysis,the demand for home care services and the factors that affect the demand for research.First,Beijing's population aging situation,status of home care service policy and the evolution of the main content and other in-depth understanding and Xicheng District,the basic situation of the elderly 1995 parts service needs to be simple data analysis,the basic sample in the elderly First,Beijing's population aging situation,status of home care service policy and the evolution of the main content and other in-depth understanding and Xicheng District,the basic situation of the elderly 1995 parts service needs to be simple data analysis,the basic sample in the elderly.Through the analysis of the survey,that the present area of home care services demand rate feed rate of the status quo,and utilization,and came to the existence of some serious service gap between supply and demand,some service exists the problem of excess.Analysis of influencing factors in the demand for home care services,a review of past data and combine the knowledge,the study variables were selected,assignment,simple descriptive analysis of the variables of central tendency and dispersion trends have a basic understanding of using binary logistic regression analysis to analyze significant factors for each of the specific content of the service,and summarize the elderly found that psychology cognitive factors and motivation have a significant impact on home care services to participate in social activities.Finally,problems,and results of this study found that the combination of optimizing the development of Services for the Aged in Beijing put forward their own policy proposals in the future development,the needs of the country,market and social organizations,multifamily work together to constantly optimize the home care service development,elderly people have a more healthy and energetic old age.
