| The population aging will not only change the overall structure of the population,increase the burden of social pension and medical securities,but also affect the changes of pension idea and pension model.Currently,China has entered a period of accelerated aging of the population and the traditional pension system dominated by the family pension has failed to adapt to new situation,which will gradually be replaced by the social pension services system upon home-based care services,community-support services and institution care as a supplement.In this case,it is necessary and significant to study the demand of home-based care services and achieve the effective supply of home-based care services,thus promoting the balanced development for the supply and demand market.This paper,upon the practical needs,selected Lin'an city of Zhejiang province as research sample,by combing the qualitative and quantitative methods,makes comprehensive analysis of the affected factors and supply improving methods for the demands of elderly home-based care services.First of all,this paper summarizes the research ideas based on a systematic review of the domestic and foreign scholars upon the concept of home-based care,relevant theory and the research achievement of the impact factors on home-based care service demand.Secondly,according to the social investigation of Lin'an,this paper analyzes the home-based care services demand and supply situation of the elderly in Lin'an City,and it comes to that:the elderly in Lin'an City have diversified demand for home-based care services and show obviously personalized features.Meanwhile,the home-based care services supply mode of Lin'an city dominated by government has been established and operates well,however,there are also such problems as demand-supply of home-based care services not matching well,lack of high professional level and insufficient numbers of services personnel,single source for fund and inadequate support and guarantee etc.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire survey in Lin,an City,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the elderly home-based care services demand.In particular,it extract 12 factors from the three dimensions of individual,family and society,and constructs the statistical analysis model and adopts the SPSS 19.0 software to calculate and verify.The result shows that,for example,the educational level of the individual factors has a significant impact on the demand of the elderly home-based care services,while the influence from family factors and social factors are not obvious.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the supply of home-based care service from four aspects,namely,supply main body,supply content,the delivery path and the quality assurance. |
